1. Order Processing

  • All orders are processed once full payment has been confirmed.

  • Order preparation times may vary depending on product availability, supplier logistics, and inventory.

  • Once an order is placed and confirmed, no changes or cancellations will be accepted.

2. Delivery Time

  • Estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks, with a maximum of 4 weeks from the confirmation date.

  • Delivery times are approximate and may vary based on product availability, destination, or external factors beyond our control (e.g., supplier delays, transportation issues, or weather conditions).

  • Customers will be notified of any significant delay.

3. Shipping and Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made to the address provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • It is the customer’s responsibility to provide accurate and complete delivery information.

  • Deliveries are made at street level; Muebles Imperiales is not responsible for moving furniture upstairs, elevators, or narrow spaces unless previously arranged.

  • The customer must ensure that the access area allows for the safe and easy delivery of furniture.

4. Inspection at Delivery

  • The customer must inspect all products upon delivery.

  • If any visible damage or missing parts are detected, it must be reported immediately to the delivery staff and to our store.

  • Signing the delivery note confirms receipt of the product in satisfactory condition.

5. Factory Damage Claims

  • Only factory defect claims are accepted, and they must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.

  • If the claim is valid, Muebles Imperiales will manage the repair, exchange, or replacement within up to 30 business days.

6. Missed or Refused Deliveries

  • If the customer is not present at the agreed delivery time and address, a re-delivery fee may apply.

  • Refused deliveries without valid reason will not be eligible for refund or cancellation.

7. Responsibility

  • Once the furniture has been delivered and accepted by the customer, Muebles Imperiales is not responsible for any subsequent damage, loss, or misuse.

  • The company is not liable for delivery delays caused by third-party carriers, natural events, or other unforeseen circumstances.

8. In-Store Pickup (if applicable)

  • Customers who choose in-store pickup will be notified once their order is ready.

  • Products must be picked up within the specified timeframe; otherwise, storage fees may apply.
