1. Acceptance of Terms
By making a purchase from Muebles Imperiales, the customer acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
All purchases imply full acceptance of these policies.
2. Orders and Confirmations

Orders are processed only after the corresponding payment has been confirmed.

No changes are accepted to an order (model, color, size, design, etc.) once it has been confirmed.

It is the customer’s responsibility to carefully review all order details before confirmation.
3. Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is 2 to 3 weeks, with a maximum of 4 weeks, depending on product availability, logistics, and delivery location.

In exceptional cases or due to circumstances beyond the company’s control (such as supplier or shipping delays), the customer will be notified promptly.

The delivery date provided is an estimate and not a guaranteed date.
4. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery service is provided to the address supplied by the customer.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that the address is correct and that someone is available to receive the order.

The customer must inspect the product at the time of delivery and sign to confirm receipt in good condition.
5. Exchanges, Returns, and Refunds

No exchanges or returns are accepted once the furniture has left the store or has been delivered to the customer’s address.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstance.

Only claims for factory defects will be accepted, and they must be reported within 24 hours after delivery.
6. Warranty for Factory Defects

If a defect is determined to be due to a factory issue, Muebles Imperiales will manage the repair, exchange, or replacement of the product within up to 30 business days.

The warranty does not apply to damages caused by misuse, negligence, improper installation, or damage occurring after delivery.
7. Customer Responsibility

The customer must inspect the product upon delivery to verify its condition.

Signing the delivery receipt confirms acceptance of the product in satisfactory condition.
8. Ownership of Goods
Until full payment has been received, all products remain the property of Muebles Imperiales.
9. Policy Modifications
Muebles Imperiales reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
Any updates will be posted on the website and will take effect immediately upon publication.
